I can't say enough good things about Esmi and Michelle! I called Esmi when I was faced with the challenge of moving out of the home we have lived in for 20 years in a short amount of time. I was feeling totally overwhelmed and that I would never get it done by myself. Esmi jumped right in and started packing in a way that was far more organized than I could have been by myself. She worked fast, efficiently, and pointed out when I had multiple of the same item that I may not want to keep all of, items that appeared broken or expired, etc., so I was able to get rid of a large number of things that weren't worth taking to my new home. I'm confident that when we get to our new house all my items will be safely packed and easy to find. I would most definitely work with Esmi again!

These ladies are wonderful. A couple of months after the unexpected passing of my daughter, I was in no condition to sort through her things and I was deeply unsettled by all the mess and chaos of my home. These sweet ladies were so compassionate as they respectfully picked through my daughter's things and helped me make decisions about what to keep and what to donate and so on. They worked incredibly fast and I was amazed at how much they were able to get done in a short period of time. After working through my daughter's room, I asked them to stay and help with other areas of the house. Because I was feeling so overwhelmed, their competent efficiency put me at ease and I was comfortable stepping back and leaving them in charge.

I needed to get personal items out of an estate property before contracting for an estate sale and selling the house, but I live in another state and had limited time to visit Texas. A professional organizer here recommended hiring Sort It Out SA. Esmi and her team were outstanding. Professional, thorough, hardworking, obviously very experienced, and upbeat, they had a well orchestrated approach and moved quickly but meticulously through every space. They didn’t miss a thing and wrapped up right on time. I have worked with other professional organizers at an office and at home and can tell she and the team are great at what they do and are dedicated to a good outcome. It was a pleasure to have them there and I was so impressed with their work. If I lived in Texas in the San Antonio area I’d definitely work with Esmi again. There’s a lot I could learn from her. I called to get help with my home office, which had become unmanageable. There was stuff all over the floor, bed, desk. Now my office is a calm and relaxing space. Esmi and Sarah were wonderful, encouraging and so efficient. When I am ready to tackle next big project, will definitely call them again! Highly recommend.

Esmi & Isabel we're amazing! I've been so busy the last 6 months or so that my home had really gotten away from me & it's like once it's so far, it seems insurmountable. But the mess was giving me so much anxiety too! On top of that, it's hard to let someone else into your home & into your mess. But Esmi was so upbeat & communicative & she put me at ease before we even met & throughout the entire appt. They move quickly & assuredly to get things done. Afterward, my home was a new place & I couldn't be happier! We organized my storage unit as well. I'm not a cheap person but I don't like spending money on things I feel I should do for myself. It makes me feel guilty or lazy. But I just realized one day that I needed help to get myself back on track. I chose Esmi because she had top reviews & she was completely worth it! I absolutely am so glad I hired her & would do it again!

Amazing organizing! 2 women organize & they're both incredible! They're very professional, they're such a wonderful pleasure to be around & very talented! I've never seen someone do such a Great job so fast! I was so impressed at what all was done within an hour! Esmi's team did such an amazing job helping in a crazy situation. We moved and had 4 days until we were having a baby. Her team came in for two days and helped unpack and organize. Our house looked like it was professionally staged once complete. I would highly recommend Sort it Out!
